I UNDERSTAND THAT WE CAN BE SHORT STAFFED AND YES ADMINISTRATION CAN BE A PAIN IN THE REAR BUT WE DONT NEED TO HAVE A A BAD ATTITUDE WE NEED TO TRY TO PUT ALL THAT ASIDE FOR THE PATIENTS THAT ARE SICK AND IN THE HOSPITAL AND YES WE DONT GET PAID ENOUGH TO PUT UP WITH WHAT ALL WE ARE EXPOSD TO LIKE VRE AND MRSA AND NOT TO MENTION EVERYTHING ELSE LIKE SOME OF THE VERBAL ABUSE FROM SOME OF THE PATIENT BUT WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THEY ARE SICK AND BY NOT GETTING THE INFO THAT THEY WANT IS MAKING THINGS A WHOLE LOT WORSE ON THEM SO IF WE COULD JUST TAKE A LITTLE EXTRA MINUTES TO TRY TO ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS AND TRY TO LET THEM KNOW THA T YOU HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT THEM BELEIVE ME THINGS MIGHT GO A LOT SMOOTHER FOR YOU AND FOR THEM. IF YOU HAVE A CNA WORKING FOR YOU ASK HER TO GO AND TALK TO THE PT WHEN SHE GETS TIME AND TELL HER WHAT THE PATIENT IS ASKING AND MAYBE SHE OR HE CAN HELP YOU FIND OUT THE ANSWERS TO THE PT QUESTIONS AND SOME OF THE WORK LOAD IS OFF YOU AND YOU ARE NOT AS STRESSED. WE HAVE TRIED THAT WHERE I WORK AND IT SO FAR HAS WORKED OUT GOOD BUT THEN AGAIN THERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT I CANT FIND OUT BUT I HAVE MORE TIME TO FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN
