Child care options

  1. My husband recently got a job that takes him out of town for long periods of time. I have 2 young kids who aren't school-age yet. I'm wondering how people in this situation keep a job? I usually work nights when my husband is in town (I'm currently PRN). I'm guessing right now my only option is to get a nanny. Day care is only 6am to 6pm and our shifts are those hours, too. I don't have family nearby. Any advice?

Most of us get Nannies. They can be a little expensive but its well worth it. I recently got a child care back up plan for Nurses thru a Nanny agency I was able to talk to HR and its been working for me. You may wanna look into it.
