Nursing in Canada and USA - is there much difference?

Hi there

I am currently a student nurse and someday when I become RN I would like to venture back to Canada to live and have thought of the possible idea of working in USA. That wont be until I feel I am experienced.

I was wondering if any Australian and New Zealand RN's have ever worked in Canada and USA and if there is much difference to how it is working in Australia.

ie: drugs, infusion pumps, policies, IV etc
