Yes. I'm a registered nurse in the philippines. I am offered to work as nursing aide in singapore.

Maybe not. Did you enquire at the Singapore nursing board? Were you offered this "job" by an agency? Why accept an unlicensed job rather than apply for a nursing license and nursing employment.

I looked it up.. You cannot be licensed as an IEN with out a job offer as a nurse. You must hold a nursing license in your country of education. Having a nursing aide job offer will not give you eligibility for a nursing license. It must be an RN job offer.
