PMDD Nurse

  1. Hi,

I posted about back problems but wanted to add that I have PMDD aswell which ties into the back pain. I'm supposed to graduate in May but I am afraid I will not be able to find a job that meshes

Anyone else with PMDD/back pain, where are you working and how do you cope?

I take hormonal birth control, which pretty much clears up the problems I have. I take one that only lets me have four periods a year, which helps even more. I have a Rx for Vicodin for pain on the very few days I have any problems at all. I used to have very painful 9-10 day long periods every month, so birth control has pretty much turned me into a normal person and I will never go without it.
