I have PTSD and am receiving treatment. I have been told on placements that I look really anxious, although I don't feel anxious about nursing. I shake terribly at times and am quick to tears. Not so tearful that Im moping around but have trouble keeping it together with rough criticism... it is a bit embarrassing as it is not the true me. Im wondering if anyone has any skills, techniques or ideas to get me through as deep breathing has only taken me so far. This anxiety can be so damn crippling at times :mad:

There are special programs for assistance for military veterans. I just wanted to be sure you knew about the services if u were eligble
