I was wondering if anyone has taken Melatonin for sleep. If so have you had any problems with it? Will is show up on a UDS as melatonin or be a false positive for anything else. I know they don't particularly test for it so I wonder/worry it could be mistaken for something else.

Any information would be great.

I've been using melatonin for the duration of my contract and have never had anything come up positive for either that in particular or false positive for anything else.

I do. It's pretty mild for me. I use 10mg q hs, although my neurons says to take 20mg q hs for migraines. Its already made naturally in the body, so it shouldn't pop any false positives for you.

I take a drink that contains Melatonin and 5 htp when I can't sleep and I haven't had any problems.
