Nurses, where are the coolest places your job has taken you?

What are the most interesting places you've taken your career, or non-traditional jobs you've had with a nursing degree?

I am a 5th generation Floridian doing a Hospice travel assignment in Vermont. The assignment started in March, and it was 31 degrees when I got here. For me, it's an adventure! Since Florida is the second-cousin-to-hell in the summer, I will probably stay up here through September, maybe October. I've made new friends, enjoyed beautiful scenery, and picked up a couple of new skills.
