to be a nurse in the USA

I need help, information or whatever you want to call it. :confused:

I'm a new R.N in Israel, and i want to move to USA and work there.

The problem- is that I don't know what is the procedure in order to do that. Do I need to find a place of work (a hospital) first? What kind of exams do I need to go through?

PLEASE- If anyone here know's- tell me. :nurse:

Also be aware of retrogression and looking at several years waiting. May want to consider another country
