I would like a position as a Nurse Supervisor in a clinic. I have been a nurse for over 9 years. Any tips on obtaining this position. I have a background in critical care, and some other things. Thanks,

Jan 31, 2016 These positions (at least the ones I have encountered) require a BSN, or an ADN with experience. 9 years i a a good amount of time and I'm sure you know your stuff! :) I would recommend getting a job in this clinic/specialty and working your way up from there.
