No professional accreditation certificate from saudi arabia-applying for nmc registration

Can anyone please assist me on this matter, I was working in Saudi Arabia from 2015- 2018. Now I'm in the Philippines and applying for NMC registration. The problem is I do not have my professional accreditation certificate. I tried to contact people I know from the hospital where I worked and they said the hospital is not giving this certificate to employees. Now I don't know how I will secure the certificate. Should I contact SCFHS directly? Are there any contact numbers or email address you guys can suggest please? I tried opening their website but the only certificate they can send online is the certificate of good standing. As for the license certificate, I can not find it in the website. Can anyone help me on this please? Thank you.

It seems that SCHFS issues the professional registration certificate only once and then just the ID card after renewal and COGS if requested. Besides, very seldom does the need for that certificate comes and may at times individuals keep the copy securely.

Perhaps for your perusal, theres a link to > at the below the Contact Us at the bottom-right portion of the SCHFS homepage. It asks for details like your IQAMA number and mobile... I just don't know if it requires that it be an active Kingdom mobile number. No harm in trying.

Did u find the online service for requesting verification of registration of saudi council as i didnt find it too, im so stress, pls share if u found

If this is about your Registration Authority Verification form for SCFHS to be submitted to the NMC, you just have to submit it blank with certificate of good standing attached to it. To acquire that, you have to sign in thru your Mumaris Plus Account, and do the requisition and payment there. It will be issued electronically.

I left saudi 4 yrs ago, i signed up new accoung in mumaris as i dont know if i had before, then i tried to request on their services but always appear no classification and registration so i cant proceed to request, i dont know what to do???, i need to pass in singapore nursing board

I tried to request good standing certificate first supposed to be online but always appear no classification and registration so if i dont have good standing i cantapply in saudi council for my verification of registration, i really dont know what to do, im super stress???

If you're registered in SCFHS, it should be easy. I didn't need to sign up. I just entered my email address, and password I used in registering for my license, and it worked.

Even your saudi council is expired and not practicing it anymore for 4 to 5 yrs ago?

With their new website, that’s not impossible. Because you surely used a mumaris account on your initial registration.

I tried to enter my email ad which is the only email add i have when i was in saudi, but yet unrecognized by the mumaris system

You should use the ID you used in registering for your SCFHS dataflow & license. If that still didn’t worked, well, perhaps it’s time to contact them.
