hi, can i ask anyone who also apply for CVS? what is the address of CGFNS coz im a bit confuse regarding the address..tnx:confused:

If you are doing the process by hand and paper you will not have an order number so can leave it blank

thank you silverdragon! :) i would like to ask again something.. about my education, i had my 1st year and 2nd year at this certain school, from june 2007 up to october 2009, and in my 3rd year i transferred to another school and i also graduated there, that's from november 2009 up to april 2011.. im from Philippines.. i think u already know that my second school credited all my grades from my first nursing school so i decided to put my last school for Authorization for Verification of Academic Records/Transcript.. my question is, is it ok that i put as attendance dates for my last school is june 2007 up to april 2011 so cgfns wouldn't think i just had my nursing course for 2 years if i'll put november 2009 - april 2011?

I think I have answered this before but from my understanding your transcripts will show attendance at another school however you could always add a covering letter explaining

Ok thanks silverdragon! yes i think i need to just write a covering letter for that so they can understand :)
