I am concerned about the malpractice insurance. Per my contract, it says that malpractice insurance will be covered. But how do I know that my employer has bought it? What if in the future after leaving this place, a lawsuit is occurring that I am involved in, and there is no malpractice insurance that was bought by the employer at the time I was working there? How can I make sure that I am covered. I hope I am making sense.
