Nurse Mentor?

Hello.

I graduated with an ADN in Spring 2021. I am now in a BSN program. When reading my textbook, it stressed the need to have a nurse mentor. Do you think I really need one? If yes, do you know how to find one? LOL. I also do not  know anyone that is a nurse to ask this so.. thanks!
