I am in the last course of my Rn program right now and since the course is leadership, I am assigned to interview a nurse in a leadership position. Would someone be kind enough to do this for me for my paper? There are 10 questions and they are:
1)What is your education?
2)What licensure/certification(s) do you hold?
3)Work experience
4)Describe your leadership style
5)Describe your communication style
6)Describe your conflict resolution style
7)How do you prioritize your workload?
8)How do you delegate tasks?
9)What do you look for in hiring someone to work for you?
10)How do you deal with employees who are not performing up to par?
If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it. Feel free to pm your answers.
Thanks,
Les

Don't know if my input will work for you, since I am in a non-traditional leadership role (Clinical Education) but have held many leadership roles in the past.
If you can use my help, please PM me, I am averse to sharing too much in a public forum.
