Hello everyone,

I would like some insight on both positions. I was offered both and I do not know which one I should take. Pregnancy and children are my passion in nursing. The school nurse position is part of the county so I would get pensioned after 5 years. The Home visitor position is flexible to where I can schedule visits with patients. I am torn between both jobs. Does anyone have any pros and cons with both positions? Any insight? I need to make a decision quickly!

Thank you,

Paulina

Don't have any specific info, but what is important to you? Or, more important? Do you want the flexibility to be with your family, or are you looking forward to the promised pension?

Which job would you enjoy more? The community job seems more autonomous and the school nurse seems more repetitive, but that's just my impression. What are your priorities--job satisfaction, benefits, flexibility, long-term growth? Congrats!

You're so lucky to have two wonderful job offers!! I knew it's an old post, but I'm wondering which one you ended up taking? 🙂
