Someone will come along and assist you.
So you graduated in another country with a degree in nursing and desire licensure in the U.S. in CT, yes?

Your biggest issue is that there are no refresher courses available for you. They require that you hold a current nursing license to practice in the US for every program that I am aware of.
Have you worked as a nurse in your country since you graduated? If not, and you never held a nursing license, you are going to find great difficulties in even getting permission to sit for the exam here. So much has changed, and if no practice in that time, and add in the difference in training overseas, you are going to have to retake a program more than likely.
Please answer my other questions that I have asked.

When did you graduate from school? From which country? Have you ever held a nursing license?
If you have not held a nursing license during this time, as well as have any experience working as an RN, you are not going to find a state that will permit you to take the licensure exam without actually attending school again. Too many things have channged here, and especially if you were educated out of the US. What has Connecticut BON told you?
