Yeah but when I log in to my portal mine doesn't show that it just shows this. So how did you get to that section on the website?

Have you received a COI? If you haven't received one, your screen won't show that you are a finalist.

Does "Completed Closed" mean that a candidate hasn't been selected? I've never seen this terminology before. When my application was on submitted status, it did not say closed. It's worth calling to ask.

No, I haven't received any email back yet. I'm kind of scared because I feel like I might not get it. But I'm still hopeful that I'll receive an email soon. Do you think they're still going to be sending finalist emails soon before the deadline?

I think that's what it said on my portal after I submitted my application.

Hmm... wow. I remember completed and submitted but never "closed”… but it might vary

I got a finalist email on 09.12 and I submitted my COI. I'm impatiently waiting to hear back if I got the scholarship or not. Those who have received an award, how long after COI did you receive the scholarship?

I don't think too many people have received the finalist award yet

Ughhh I really hope this is true but past applicant have said it is. Everyone says they literally send them out up until the last day.

Whichever the outcome will be I've learned to just accept it.

Hello everyone. Has anyone heard from previous award recipients if they received their awards closer to the deadline? Im literally checking my email constantly for a COI email every hour and nothing to date. So worried this means Im not getting nada as far as award goes. They have done a credit check in August but now trying to log on and its constantly saying error... does anyone have any insight to keep my hope alive LOL?
