I'm a graduating ACNP looking for hospitals that are located in shortage areas in Southern California. Anyone have suggestions for good places to work that are qualified for the HRSA Nurse Corps loan repayment program?

You may have to do your own research on this with the guidance that in your specific case, the 2015 HRSA Loan Repayment Program applies to ACNP's working in Critical Access Hospitals and Disproportionate Share Hospitals. Public hospitals (county, state) are also included. See http://www.hrsa.gov/loanscholarships/repayment/nursing/guidance.pdf at page 11.
For the geographical area you mentioned (SoCal) there are very few Critical Access Hospitals (the area is hardly considered rural) except for ones in San Bernardino County - Critical Access Hospitals in California
However, there are many Disproportionate Share Hospitals in SoCal. You will probably get better luck in these. I'm not in SoCal but I know that some hospitals in the SF Bay Area qualify as DSH and are hiring NP's. The list is here - Disproportionate Share Hospitals in California
Start by looking for openings in the ones listed.
