Nurse Corp Loan Repayment Eligible Areas

I am graduating in May with my BSN. I have accumulated a great amount of loans. I have been looking into the Nurse Corp Loan Repayment program. It offers 60% coverage the first two years. I am having a heck of a time finding qualifying hospitals. I have already added addresses into the HPSA find and had little success. I also looked at registered HPSA sites and when I plug in those addresses they still say they are not applicable! Does anyone have any suggestions? I live in Ohio, is there any facilities that people know of here?
