Also, I would like to state that the waitlist is only an estimate. I got into the nursing program after waiting only 6 months after I was placed on the list,

I thought tech schools got rid of waiting lists. I am surprised to see that they post student IDs. That was a big no no at UW-O.

Very true about the waitlist...I did not have to wait as long as I was told, either. I think I got in a year earlier than expected. Also, it really does depend on how prepared you are. I only had to take the sciences.....transfered in all of my other credits. They do take this into account.

I also thought the wait list was a thing of the past. I was on recently and saw that they have a formal petition process.....Glad I'm done with all of this!
