Hey nurses!

A friend of mine is contemplating two institutions and wondering which is the better pick for her. She needs some advice about the benefits each institution offers and how good the benefits are. In addition, which one offers a higher salary? She has already accepted an offer from lenox but wants to know what she should do if monte calls with a better one shortly thereafter? Thanks
