I think that was one of NSC's first passing classes...I seem to remember a thread here about changes they've made to their program after that.
If you read the fine print on that page of their annual report, NCLEX passing rates are reported on a calendar year, so those are actually 2006's numbers. 2007 may be much different. We'll probably see the 2007 ones when they post their next annual report in June, unless I can dig something up.

That's from last year and a combo of the regular track program and accelerated program pass rates. I'm in the accelerated right now and the 2007 accelerated class had only one failure. NSC nusring is a new program, I think less than 5 years, so lots of kinks to work out. Plus it sucks when so many of our instructors are being "stolen" away by Touro, Apollo, and USN with their high salaries that our little state institution can't afford to pay.

If you read the "Meeting Minutes" on the Nevada BON web site, you can get a lot of current information on the various nursing programs. Look for pass rates at the end of each pdf doc, under the EDUCATION heading.
Board Meeting Schedule & Agendas
From the November 18-20, 2009 minutes - NSC had a 95% first time NCLEX pass rate.
