What can NPs do in the military? Does anyone know?

In the Army not much (some clinic work/there aren't many slots) but they use PAs at all levels A LOT. PAs are essentially used as doctors overseas and PCPs stateside referring only complicated cases to the batt/brigade physician.

I have a friend at Bragg, and another on the USS Comfort. They do everything and are fully autonomous. That they are both Colonels helps. ;)

I'm a Psych NP contractor for the military and I can wear sandals and Hawaiian shirts.
