Do you guys carry your own malpractice policy in addition to the group policy provided by the company? The other NP's in my practice do. In my past NP jobs I haven't, but I'm wondering if I should. Also, what companies do you use or recommend? Thanks!

I have always used nso and yep wouldn't part with my coverage ...

What is the recommendation regarding NP malpractice insurance? To get one ? I was told that additional malpractice insurance would only invite lawsuit since there will be more $$$$ to go after.
