Novant differential pay

I'm looking mainly in the Charlotte area. Is differential pay a dollar amount for nights and weekends or a percentage of pay? Someone is suppose to contact me, but I won't hear from them until next week. Thanks!

I have worked for Novant and CMC. Both are dollar amounts. I believe it was $4 nights (all time from 15:00-07:00 as long as you have at least 4 hours straight clocked in - so say you work days and clock out for lunch at 14:35 and clock back in at 15:05, then you are able to leave work right at 19:00...from 15:05-19:00 you wouldn't get that diff because you were short 5 minutes, this is really only an issue for day shift people) and $3 weekends ($7 weekend nights starting Friday at 19:00).
