Hi! Has anyone applied to any of Northwell's fellowships for July 2020?

I believe it’s different recruiters from every hospital. Anyone got a call back yet? The start date is so soon and they said they will make decisions very soon within a week.

They may still be interviewing for LIJ and Northshore ER/critical care since someone (I believe was a recruiter) reached out to me via email for possible phone interview; positions are for nights only (I can only do day or eve shifts) and they are looking for experienced RN with BSN and at least 1 year experience in med-surg or tele.

I haven't heard anything from periop which I also applied to for LIJ and Northshore and start date is only a month away so maybe they finished interviewing

I believe start date for experienced RNs is July 13th, as I was told.

July 13th is true, thats why I am freaking out because I have not heard back yet.

I was hoping everyone gets called in and whom ever can supply proof of requirements get in...now I am not sure anymore.

Seriously?? Well if things don't work out (and at this point I don't see it happening) I will try periop in October if available

Well, I spoke to recruiter Friday and they said team is still making decision and they’re waiting on it but they do have to move quick because since they only have 2 weeks to start and do the whole background check etc

Did you have in person interview? Because you do in person interview

blastfellow I did not interview (I applied late though) this is why I doubt it will happen for me, plus I would need more than 2 weeks notice for my current employer out of curiosity. In any event, good luck to everyone else!

Oh I’m sorry, don’t lose hope. But I do believe all fellowship positions would be night anyways. Yea it’s kind of cutting it close, especially for the experience RN, since we would all have to put in a notice and I want to give them atleast 2 weeks, if it all works out.
