Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Care Hospital Questions

I'm wondering if anyone works at, knows someone who works at, or has heard anything about NCLTACH. I was just offered a job there and am really excited about the opportunity. My only worry is it sounds a little too good to be true. I'm a new grad and they seemed to offer me the job so quickly, after only a 5 minute phone interview. I'm wondering if anyone knows what it's like to work there or has an explanation for the quick offer? Is there a really high turnover or is there just a big chunk of nurses retiring, is the company just growing quickly, are they just really confident about their hiring decisions, etc?

Obviously, I don't want anyone to say anything negative about their workplace online. I guess, just not being able to see the place or meet anyone there in-person for a few weeks (after I will have already started filling out the paperwork) I'd like to hear from someone who has any info. I'm getting ready to move to Colorado from Florida.
