NOC lvn charge nurse

I just started working at a psych facility recently. I'm getting 2 weeks of orientation and after that my regular shift is NOC.

I originally thought I was doing AM shift, but now i found out I'm actually doing NOC shift.

Can anyone tell me how your NOC shift goes?

I'm still training in all shifts, but i haven't experienced NOC yet.

nevermind. I found out the noc shift on my own.
