Can you please let me know how was the final exam for taking online class by NMJC?

I need to take General Biology, Microbiology, Anatomy 1 by NMJC

Syllabus shows "NON-LOCAL students are also required to have available a computer with a webcam, microphone, and appropriate Internet bandwidth (at least 5 Mbps) to use Respondus Monitor for submission of the proctored final exams. There is a $10 administrative fee for the entire semester."

Then can not open book for final exam? please explain your experience .

Hello.  I am not familiar w/ the college you speak of, but am familiar w/ colleges who use the webcam for tests.

YES - you are recorded.  No notes, books, cell phones, flash cards, other people, etc.  You get the idea.

I have had to use Proctorio for a class, which is an extension that you have to add to your browser and you must allow it to connect to your computer via your webcam.  I'm assuming Proctorio is probably similar to your Respondus.

With Proctorio, it checks to make sure your volume is working on your computer, your ID is photographed and it's on the whole time you take a test.
