NMI Renewal

Hello there fellow Nurses! Is anyone here having a problem contacting the NMI BON? I've been sending them emails yet, I havent got any response from them. My license is already expired. I was meant to have it renewed last month however, I havent got a clue what to include for the Continuing Education which requires me 30 hours of continued education. I currently am practicing in the UK hence, I dont know what to write in the part where the Provider Prog Number is required. Thank you in advance whoever will response!
