2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

Published

Hi Guys,

I found an old thread from 2016 but wanted to start anew so we don't have to filter through 20+ pages. I submitted my application in June and it was placed on the queue on June 21. I am still anxiously waiting for my decision letter. My 40 working days is on the 16 August. Is there anyone else that submitted this at about the same time as me that's waiting to hear back?

Also - anyone have issues with clinical practice hours in university from the US? I was short by 25 hospital hours, but I did 187 hours volunteering at a hospital while I was in school. They said to include that in my transcript of training, that it should be ok but it would still need to be assessed like everything else, which leads me to believe it should be fine, albeit still so terrified! I have my family and my boyfriend waiting on me to get there and I can't wait any longer!!

Here is my email address

[email protected]

Thank you very much

I have sent it to your email.

I got my COS on June 14 the. My deployment date was July 8. I had to fight for it to change it to Aug 10 as I was not ready to leave in July. I think it depends on who is your agency and your trust. Good luck to all of u. Hope u guys receive it soon.

Congratulations everyone who got their dls.. I received a feedback last week to upload self declaration.. submitted on the same day.. my question is

do they again ask for additional documents or they are just happy with rest everything other than self declaration.. so much worried

Also I received feedback from an NMC email I'd not from my assessment officer. But I'm thinking my resubmitted application gonna be assessed by the same person.. please reply guys

They usually ask about all documents at once, your application is under assessment if u submitted your self declaration once submitted u should hear from them soon usually in a week time Good luck

June 18- All documents received and uploaded to my portal

June 25- Emailed them already if I have lacking requirements, attached updated CV as well including the explanations to my employment gaps (PDF Format); received an email same day that they have already received all my documents last June 18 and my papers are ready for assessment

Present- waiting for my DL; 9th calendar day; 7th working day

Bound to Gloucester under IPAMS (Gloucestershire Trust)

Anyone who has the same queue date as mine and the same destination?

Let's keep on updating each other guys. Good luck to all of us!

Hello there,

All of my documents were received last June 11, 2018.

I hope the DL will come sooner.

P.S. my friend passed all her documents last June 5 and got her DL last June 20 which is pretty fast. I do not know the reason why it was assessed so early.

Congratulations everyone who got dl and cos.. could you please advise me which centre is better to take osce examination among Northampton, Oxford or Ulster ...

Hi guys! What are the necessary documents for Visa application? Could you please give me a list. I have a visa appointment next week. Thanks in advance for your help!

Have you checked with your agency? Maybe you can ask them.
