2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

Published

Hi Guys,

I found an old thread from 2016 but wanted to start anew so we don't have to filter through 20+ pages. I submitted my application in June and it was placed on the queue on June 21. I am still anxiously waiting for my decision letter. My 40 working days is on the 16 August. Is there anyone else that submitted this at about the same time as me that's waiting to hear back?

Also - anyone have issues with clinical practice hours in university from the US? I was short by 25 hospital hours, but I did 187 hours volunteering at a hospital while I was in school. They said to include that in my transcript of training, that it should be ok but it would still need to be assessed like everything else, which leads me to believe it should be fine, albeit still so terrified! I have my family and my boyfriend waiting on me to get there and I can't wait any longer!!

Anyone of you studying for the OSCE?

Hello!

Have you heard from nmc after youve uploaded your additional document? I received an email requiring me to provide an additional id in a form of cv to explain my work gap after graduation. I uploaded and submitted it on the same day but i havent heard from them yet.

No..They have not contacted. During my online tracking it is noticed that my letter has received NMC on yesterday. I have intimate the same to my assessment officer via e-mail

I've been on the assessment queue since February 19 and I'm still waiting for my decision letter. Anyone here who's been in the assessment que since February and is still waiting for their decision letter?

I have been in assessment que since 1st February and I have received an e-mail from NC by asking some more details on 5th March and I have uploaded the details on 8th March ans also forwarded the documents to NMC via post. During my postal tracking it is noticed that my documents were received NMC on yesterday (14/03/2018). I have intimated the same directly to my assessment officer via post. Now eagerly waiting for my DL.

Any updates regarding your CoS guys?

hi anne027 i think we have more or less the same timeline. i was placed on queue last Feb. 14,2018 - 6 days after they received my docs. and until now I'm still waiting... havent heard anything from them yet. if its ok for you pls. let me know if they already send u updates....:) (bound for Royal Marsden NHS Trust)

I am in que since 01/02/2018 and still waiting doe DL. So you have to wait for some more days.

i have friends who were on queue since Feb. 9, 2018 and they already got their DLs this week. i was on queue last feb. 14, 2018 so hopefully i will hear from them very soon.. :)

I actually sent an email to the NMC just to get an update. They told me that my file is now ready for assessment and that I have not been allocated an assessment officer yet. I'll just wait and see how it goes.

Based from my experience, it will take 1-2 weeks for a feedback once there is further information required. Thrice I was asked to submit documents. It took 3 months for me to finally have my DL. Thanks.

Can you email me at [email protected]. I have some questions reg the application since I believe you're also with omanfil cebu
