how was the exam cbt...what tupe of question thwy are asking...any study material

The CBT was somewhat manageable. There were some basic questions, most of it tested the critical thinking ability. There is a test blueprint available for download in pdf format. I advise you to backtrack this thread as some posted pointers, specific topics to review. Hope this helps and goodluck on your exam :cheeky:

Zup you guys!

I have received an email from the International Registrations Team of NMC today and they said I have documents outstanding on my file which are:

Employer references 1 & 2

Form to accompany transcript of training (with transcript attached)

Declaration of Good Health

I have sent my docs same day PRC shipped my Certificate of Registration. This is frustrating. Anyone who is experiencing the same? I tried to call them but I can't seem to contact them via Globe. How do you guys do it? Or buying skype credits will be a smarter move? Thanks!

Hey Petrick,

Went through the same thing, and had problems with my phone provider as well ( which up to now has not been resolved by the way - honestly got fed up with their CS line since its been a month of calling to no avail). So I definitely suggest using Skype credits. The per minute rate is significantly cheaper and the call quality a whole lot better. I'm in love with this Skype service now.

You need to have your tracking data and the dates on which the NMC should have received your documents, you then reply to them with this information and they'll track down those documents. I recommend both emailing and calling. You need that information with you when you call as well. From experience, it may take them some time to locate your documents or to find out exactly what's going on but in the end they usually get it resolved. Hope this helps and hopefully your application goes through soon.

Thanks puccafied! This gives me a spark of hope. May I just know the phone number you are calling? I tried dialling 44 2073336600 I can't seem to reach them.

You need to dial 0044 then their number. At least that's what I did before.

Thanks for the info Kurokocchi! That was a lifesaver! I tried to buy Skype credits however I always get "Unable to process your order." I used my mum's phone instead, I don't know how much is the rate, I hope she will not kill me by the time her bill arrives.

And so I had a 15 minute convo with ******, she told me they'll perform a document search and they'll do it manually. Imagine rummaging through thousands of posts. Ayayay. I have to callback in 10 days if there's any progress. I really am hoping they'd find it, can't afford another painful process. What a great inconvenience it would be caused by NMC.

Been on that situation as well. I've sent all my documentations to NMC last week of Feb and they are claiming that my files were received 28th of April. Yes its that long. Don't get shocked with NMC's little surprises. They are good at it.

Did you send all your documents at once in one courier?

@anacos23 No. PRC sends the document on their own. My verification of training and all other documents were sent by my agency.

Like PinoyRN12 says, the PRC forms must be sent by PRC itself, but you do have the option to pay them to send it via courier.

@kurokocchi Is it ok if I will send all the documents except for the PRC forms in just one mail? It is quite expensive if it will be sent one by one.

That should be fine. Why don't you ask your agency if they can have your papers sent via courier for you? ASC--and I think Omanfil as well--have personal courier services that they offer for free. I really saved big bucks by sending my papers to them instead of mailing it directly to NMC.
