NJ Licensure in Other States & Reciprocity

Hi all: does anyone know the rules/regs about reciprocity involving a NJ RN license, and other states? For example, once I get my NJ RN license, can i get a RN license in another state (eg: any state), by just completing the RN license form for that State, without taking another exam?

once you have a license in one state you just follow requirements to other states for endorsement and pay any necessary fees
