I'm mohammed NICU Nurse from Palestine .. I want to ask any NICU nurse to help for some information , by the way I have over 3 years experience in NICU III Critical cases and now working in the biggest NICU in Palestine so:

what I should to do>> and about salary???

Last I read a year or so ago there is a back log of nurses that want to come to the USA, some are waiting years in order to get a visa. I don't know anything else, but you can ask your question over there and/or do a search. You have to get an RN license first as well as a work visa before you can start thinking about getting into a NICU.

You first need a visa that allows residency and employment in the US. Getting a visa through a job will be hard for a nurse because their are already plenty of nurses here. Start looking up immigration to the US.

I heard from a friend that Canada is making it easy for nurses to immigrate there, especially if you don't mind living outside the three main cities. Good luck!
