NICU nurse to pediatric ER

Hi! So I just recently moved states and lost all my autonomy as a NICU nurse. I have worked in a Level IV NICU for 5.5 years. I did art sticks, PICC lines, titrated drips, etc.  The level IV NICU I work in now since I’ve moved has zero autonomy. I took 10 steps back in my nursing journey. I worked so hard for my skills, and they are going to waste. I was curious if anyone could tell me about peds ER and the skills it requires. I LOVE to learn new skills and love to be on the move.
