NICU New Grad in MN

Hello

I studied nursin in PuertRico in an accredited school and did my ADN, magna cum laude in June 2015. I just passed my NCLEX 4/5/17. I'm currently working online on my BSN in Villanova University, have 6 classes left. I was lucky to be able to do one of my clinicals in NICU!! I love this, that is my dream job. I don't know how to get that job, since the hospitals here in Minneapolis and St Paul require 2 year experience.

Please help me!!
