Hey guys!! I'm new here!! So I graduated in may and began working in a CVICU. I have an interview tomorrow in the NICU and was looking for any last minute tips!! Thanks so much :)

Congratulations! And wishing you the best for your interview!
Don't chew gum. Smile. Leave extra early to give yourself leeway in case there are unexpected events that delay you.
Research the facility. That way, when they ask what you know about them, you actually will have some idea about their missipn statement and their accomplishments.

If that's your real name, you need to change it.
Let them know what you can bring to the table. You should have great fluid management skills...a huge plus in NICU especially with sick preemies. If they are a heart center another plus.
Our manager would ask you why you are leaving your other job before you have a year of experience.
