Hello all. My mom is an LPN and received a letter from NFLPN stating that she could receive a Healthcare Discount Card, no cost to her. Have any of you ever had this card or know anything about it? I can't find any information. She has insurance but it's a high deductible health savings account and I'm wondering if she could even use it with her regular insurance. Thanks in advance.

took me about 2 seconds, thanks to google:

looks like it's geared toward services that are not conventionally covered under a medical plan. looks to me like it's a marketing tool to sell the medical plans, but maybe i'm just jaded and cynical...

i agree, but as a semi-retired lpn, deals like this are very enticing to me & my dh! it's times like this that sway me toward socialized medicine.....
don't get me wrong....free is my favorite 4-letter word (one of them anyway!!)
