Hi everyone, just wanted to see if anyone has applied to Newman for the 2023 start date out there. Has anyone heard back about interviews yet?

OMG hi! I wanted to make this thread but my account is too new I guess. I applied 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet. Newman is my first choice ?

Alright yay! I finally made it hoping someone would be in the same boat! They just closed applications so I'm wondering if it will take them some time to sort through everyone. I submitted it a couple of months ago but also have not received any new emails yet. Newman is also my first choice! Fingers crossed we get some good news soon ?

It's pretty hard to extrapolate when we might hear from previous threads because the last one was in 2019 when it was still MSNA with a December deadline.

I'm hoping maybe next Friday? It would be so sweet if we got decisions by Christmas but I have no idea.

Yes exactly, I was thinking the same thing that maybe their deadlines were different back then. I saw last year someone posted in November about getting an interview so I'm wondering if it may be another month potentially until we hear anything which very well could be the case.

I agree I hope that we hear sooner rather than later, I've been checking my email every day!

Hi everyone! I applied a couple of weeks ago too.  I noticed that not all the items I’ve submitted have a green check mark.  I reached out to the assistant program director and she assured me that they have everything they need.  Did you guys get a confirmation that your application was complete?

Welcome! Huh, that is interesting, it is good you were able to get it cleared up though. I have all green checks, but it still just says "submitted" status, and never received anything confirming completion.

Hmm.  Well the fact that you never got anything stating it was complete makes me feel a little bit better.   I wonder if they just have a lot of people in the queue and haven’t reviewed it yet.  Some of the stuff I submitted the last week of September.

I sent an email to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) and she replied that they received everything, I had all my check marks already, and she said they had everything but I have still been worried about that as well!
