I wonder about one of one clinical instructor who is long in her service as a nurse and she is already an RN, MN licensed nurse she is teaching the care giving students while the newly RN instructor is teaching nursing students.....
The big deal here is: RN, MN nurse is being petitioned by our fourth year co-students due to being strict and the new C.I. of us is the wife of the CEO of our school...........
If you were the well experienced C.I. what would you feel?
Is this ethical?

Can you be more specific in what you are asking as I am having troubles trying to figure out what the issue is with the instructors.
Do not understand about the older instructor being petitioned by the fourth year students, is it so that the older teacher is over them and not the newer one?
A new graduate of a nursing program should never be a clinical instructor if they do not have experience first as an RN. That is one thing that you see in your country over and over again, and not in any others. It is not considered acceptable practice. How can one teach when they do not have the experience in the first place?
in this case the newly Rn is a graduate of physical therapy and hen she pursued to nursing course...
Still does not make any sense to me, what do you mean by petitioning? That is a term that we use her for immigration so not sure what you are using the term for.
Each school can set their own requirements and we especially see that in your country. We do not have new grads normally teaching clinicals in the US, they would never get hired for the job without having work experience as an RN.
