Hi everyone. i just passed Nclex-RN...Im seeking for your advise regarding on what's the next step to make. as of now, ill enroll into a BLS training...is their any new grad program/RN jobs that do not require experience. I am in Southern California, in San Fernando Valley.. Thank.

Well for sure have your BLS, some jobs want ACLS too, but that is up to you if you want that additional training.

I would do an online general search rn new grad california 2011 jobs and typically new grad positions show up especially on the link indeed.com

I would also look into hospitals out of state if possible to get a job. There are some hospitals out of state that hire out of state people with their RN license

I would call hospitals (found on the links below) and see if they hire new grads and if not, when they will.

There is some info about some new grad positions and also there is a link that takes you to page that has links to all the California hospitals.

Yes, there are a few hospitals hiring, but you will have to do some work to find them.

If you have facebook, like the group new grad rn+ they have a lot of discussions about new grad programs in california.

Try looking at the hospitals with a versant RN residency programs and see if they have programs active. You can find them at this link here:

Also, see if some of the Magnet recognized hospitals have new grad RN residency programs active too. These hospitals are usually teaching hospitals and typically treat new grads well.
