Hello I recently applied for a position at NYU, they sent me an email recently saying to complete an online questionnaire or assessment tool. Is that a good sign? Do I have a good chance of hearing back?

Anyone heard anything further from them? Things have been pretty silent on my end, even though I've tried to email the recruiters to get an update on application statuses... :/

I retract my previous comment..received an email invitation for an interview with nurse recruitment! Ahh, nervous and excited. Time to prep!

Wow, they actually let you know that you passed the survey? Hmm I never got that so I assumed my chances were over :/ I don't see why they won't be contacting you soon to set up an interview, then! Fingers crossed for ya!

Yay!! I'm excited for both of us! Good luck to you, too! I have no idea what 'exploratory' interview implies, but I'm going to assume the initial interview will be similar to what the previous commenter (bionicRN) mentioned...seems like the first meeting with the recruiters might be pretty generic, and hopefully if all goes well they will help set us up for subsequent interviews with specific nurse managers. Ahh my interview with recruitment isn't scheduled until Nov 12 or 13 so looks like I'll have all of next week to prepare/get more nervous :X

NS81, did you receive an invitation to the Nurse Residency Preview day on this coming Wed the 6th? They told me to come to that instead of my initially scheduled interview in 2 weeks.
