New grad on LI... any advice on hosp with good orientations / friendly to new grads?

Hi all .. I'm graduating with ASN in November. Never worked in hospital before, and just wanted to see if anyone could advise on hospitals that offer strong orientation programs and are new grad friendly.. thanks for your input!

I will be graduate in Jan08 and in my class some recruiter came and I found that St Joseph Hospital (Yonkers) offer six month precepter program, which will start in Feb 08. You can contact with them and their salary in 61000.

Check out North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset. I worked their 4 years as a medical secretary before moving down to Florida. It was a great hospital to work at, and if I should ever move back up to Long Island, NSUH would definitely be my choice.
