I figure since those of us that have passed the waiting phase are now in the acceptance phrase and waiting to start the program we can start a new post.

Who will be in Manhattan

And Brooklyn?

Where you getting your supplies?

Anyone plan on making many friends or keeping their head in the books at all times?

If possible this can be our go to for the year.

I have the first two but the last I will look into now. Thanks

Your welcome. Amazon has all the books in case you're missing any. The last item I want to get is a recorder. Now to find a good one

Nursing central is a subscription service. It has the latest edition of all the guides. It has extra books. I'm going to hold off on that until school starts and see how instructors feel about electronic resources. Might be useful for clinicals but I have a feeling we would have access to the books st our sites anyway. I focused on getting all the texts and main supplies for the first half of school. Saving for the ATI sub. I have one uniform. Once I find out how instructors feel, then I will get others based on their preference.

Hi guys first i would like to say congrats to all of you who got accepted im very new to this site just created my profile im excited to say that i also got accepted. Yay!! Anywho i recently purchased the books on amazon very cheap i was confused with two of the books "manual for nursing practice 10th ed and intro to maternity 2nd ed". I sent an email to confirm if it was ok to purchase introductory maternity and pediatric nursing by klossner and lippincot manual of nursing practice by sandra m. Nettina. I will let you guys know as soon as i find out.

Thanks..im trying to go to the School in brooklyn its really close to me like only 20 mins away from my house by bus..i hope they can place me there im so excited to start.
