LPN salary in New York??

U.S.A. New York

Published

Hey everyone! I am planning to start an LPN program in August. After that I plan to immediately go for my ADN through Excelsior. I was just wondering how much you New York LPN's really get paid per hour? (If you don't mind me asking) I just want to know what to expect.

I'm planning to work in Brooklyn (maybe Maimonides ) or Staten Island. But of course, keeping my options open.

can someone tell me more about coler goldwater hospital? is it 2 diff. facilities : hospital & nursing home? or is it combined? thankss

Just wanted to bump this thread to see if the going rate is still the same. I know this was started a while ago. What is the common starting pay for LPNs, now, in the NYC area during this grand economy condition of ours?

for homecare in nyc its 23.63 an hour, for perdiem or per visit rates its 37.12 weekday and 39.60 weekend.

$37 for Lpn??? What agency is this?

That's a per visit rate, not hourly rate. vnsny
