New RN: Where do you put licensing info?

This is a relatively straightforward question. I recently graduated with my BSN and even more recently became an RN.

On my resume, do I write my name M____ B____, RN? And where do I write which specific state I am licensed in?

Registered Nurse – Active – NJ

Emergency Medical Technician Basic (EMT-B) – Active – NJ

Something like that, right after your education. No need for #, original date, and expiration date. All will be checked later on.
