Hello all I have enrolled in the spring semester at a community college to begin my pre-reqs for the nursing program. I thought that i would just take 9 hrs due to the fact that i am still working full time. classes will be monday wendsday and every other friday . I hope that will not be too much. My first semester i am taking into to psych, english comp I and American fed goverment. I know that you can not get around alot of reading but what do anyone think of the classes that i picked for my first semester?

Smart choice! Get all the basic classes out of the way and get aquainted with college work before you sign up for the definiteley more challenging science classes.
Remember to make A's since GPA is EVERYTHING to get into nursing school. It's very competitive.
Good luck.

That doesn't sound too bad...you should be fine.
Thanks for the replies. I have been out of school a while now and i wanted to make sure my classes was something i can handle . My advisor had me in A&P also but i decided not to take that my first semester. maybe my second .
A&P is a very demanding class, you did the right thing and take "easier" classes first.
And once you are ready to sign up for science classes you may want take Chemistry before taking any of the Biology classes, it may make things a little easier in that order. Worked for me!
Good luck
