New Nurse Practitioner - 1st interview advice?

Published

I'm about to go to my first on-site/in-person interview as a nurse practitioner for Dignity Health (a large health system in CA and other states) and I am wondering if anyone out there has any advice or experiences to share?

I was given an itinerary that includes meetings/tours and introductions as well as what looks like two separate interview sessions (one with the actual clinic providers, and another with providers in the organization). There's also something called "executive sessions" with the executive director and medical director - does this sound like something that would occur if they are bringing in all their candidates on the same day?

It doesn't have to be with Dignity Health - just any experiences with NP/provider interviews on-site would be helpful!
